Based in North Canterbury, LRC is wholly New Zealand owned. Managing Director Ben Forsyth has ten years of hands-on pest control experience, and he is as passionate about our great outdoors as you are.

Our core services are the control of feral pests, including possums, mustelids, wallabies, deer, feral goats, feral pigs, rabbits and hares. We are also experts in forest pest control, specialising in the reduction of wilding pines and noxious weeds, and our team is skilled in the art of native regenerative planting.

This not only ensures that we are using the best tools for the job, but it allows us to offer GPS mapping, real time data and operational reporting. LRC only uses high quality, up-to-date equipment and vehicles, and our motorbikes are suitable for any task, no matter how rugged the terrain.

Native Planting and Restoration

Longridge contracting have completed numerous native planting and poplar planting projects around the South Island. No job is too big or too small. We work in with North Canterbury based nursery and planting business Hurunui Natives and other contractors, to source the healthiest and most reliable plants, and our team work quickly and efficiently, even in very steep terrain. As much as we enjoy controlling plant pests, we also appreciate the opportunity to give back. The restoration of native habitats, alongside the creation of shelter belts, gives every member of our team genuine satisfaction.
